Local authors will be visiting Groveport in September to talk about their work in a Meet the Authors session organized by Ohio Writers Guild.
Writers invite the public to Town Hall in Groveport on Saturday, Sept.11, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
After the authors share their writing experience and reading from their books, the audience will have the opportunity to mingle with the writers and purchase their books. A variety of genre will be featured, including children's books, memoirs inspirational and poetry.
Ohio Wrtiers Guild meets every Wednesday from1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Columbus Cultural Arts Center, 139 W. Main St. in downtown Columbus. All writers and aspiring writers are welcome at these sessions where people read their work and offer critiques.
