Description: A 12-mile, professionally guided bike tour that stops at 5 exceptional urban parks. Learn the history and backstory of the finest green spaces Columbus has to offer, and their role through time. This is a no-drop ride, which means the group will stay together. This tour is designed to be casual, fun, and interesting. Our expert guide will adjust the pace to make everyone comfortable.
Bicyles: You may bring your own bike and helmet, or we can supply them. Our bikes are easy-to-ride cruiser models with 7 speeds (indicate if you need one when you register). There will be a brief safety overview prior to begiining the tour. Riders are required to wear a helmet.
Time: Allow at least 2.5 hours for the tour, which will include stops and informative talks at each park (one park has a porta-potty).
Bring: Your own water or cold beverage. Sunscreen. Wear closed-toed shoes for safety (no flip flops).
COVID-19 Safety: This tour is outside and conducted with adequate social distancing throughout. Bring a face mask if you prefer. Bikes and helmets are sanitized. Group size is limited to 10 riders, so please register early.
Cancellation: If unsafe weather is occuring or imminent (thunderstorm, lightning, high winds) we will ask you to reschedule or provide you with a full refund.
