Belt out the National Anthem at 1:00 p.m. then the Parade stumbles and starts thereafter. Line-up begins somewhere around Noon at Goodale & Park. There's a FREE Music Block Party at High & Buttles from 11 a to 7 p. Watch or March in the Craziest Parade in History! No entry fee, Just show up!
