Take down writers’ block once and for all! We’re combining basic yoga poses and writing to help you “unblock” yourself when you feel stuck in your writing. You’ll move, create, and even write stories about some of the yoga poses like downward dog and arched cat. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
Instructor: Linda Baird is a freelance writer, educator, and certified yoga and meditation teacher living in Columbus. She is a regular contributor to 614 Magazine, where she writes about interesting things going on around town. She has been writing for as long as she can remember and practicing yoga for 20 years.
