Frustrations are “normal, common, everyday occurrences. Many things cause frustration, anger and disbelief – and so many other intertwined and sometimes intense emotions.
Often essential oils, therapy, yoga, breathing, running, sleeping, eating and singing (and others) work well AND we still have some pent up energy we want to discharge – what do you do? One choice is to release some of that emotion, like when the steam comes out of the tea kettle.
