The 16th annual Largest walking-only race is coming to you - The New Albany Walking Classic  

Walk A 10K Your Way!! 

Regardless of one’s age, keeping physically active through walking will increase your quality of life. Over the past 16 years, we have received correspondence from many who walk on their own but cannot complete a 10k (6.2miles) at one time. Having a virtual option affords an opportunity for everyone to complete the Walking Classic distance. Walk your own chosen distance and pace whether a half-mile per day or a mile per day between September 1st through September 13th. We are making it easy for you. Walk with your friends, children, or grandchildren. Can’t walk outdoors? Get your miles in by walking on a treadmill.
